Red Fern Enterprises is committed to providing a positive on-line shopping experience for our customers.  Part of that experience includes the need to occasionally return items.

We will accept returns under the following conditions;

We will refund the invoiced cost (excluding original shipping) of the returned item when it has arrived at our location and the above conditions are met.

*Items damaged by FedEx or the US Postal Service while in transit are subject to the terms, conditions and policies of FedEx or the USPS.  We will make every reasonable effort to help our customers file timely complaints or claims with these organizations if it necessary to do so.

** Or, you can notify us of your intent to return the product within 30 days.
